JOHNNY BRENNAN MEMORIAL MEETING Winner of the John Brennan Memorial Trophy – Adrian Sweeney The third annual Johnny Brennan Memorial Kart Meeting was held on the 10th November 2007 at Kiltorcan Raceway, Co. Kilkenny in aid of the Leukaemia Trust Fund. Over 90 drivers took part on the day, and many faces from the past turned up to help and to contribute to the day. At the evening event after the race the Brennan family also awarded Anthony Wall a special award for services to karting. A total of €12,531. was raised, the Brennan Family and the Memorial Committee would like to thank everyone who helped make the day a great success especially all officials of the meeting who gave their time free, the sponsors of the meeting, Motorsport Ireland, Mongey Communications, Duprint Ltd., NVD Ltd Patina Lights, Order of Malta, GEA Air Treatment, also all those who made donations. We would like to say a special thanks to Tony Holland who provided the track for the weekend.

JOHNNY BRENNAN MEMORIAL MEETING 10 NOVEMBER Closing date for entries to the Johnny Brennan Memorial Meeting at Kiltorcan on 10th November is looming. Please download the entry form and details for this year’s meeting. I hope you will all partake. If you are not driving I could do with help with marshalling, pit lane, parc ferme, etc. so please just get in touch. Also it would be great to have sponsors for the different classes and the meeting so again if you are in a position to assist please don’t hesitate to contact me.
